Sonja Moses is the kind of person that if you spend 15 minutes with her, she will change your life.
Sonja and I first worked together when Sonja trained me to get in shape for my wedding which was nearly 14 years ago. What stood out is that she was so diligent, supportive, and she just really understood what I needed to reach my goal which would be sustainable. And not only did I get in shape for my wedding, but I felt incredible too. It was more than just the physical, I also felt mentally strong. Then quite interestingly, she had trained me for my wedding, but we ended up getting back in touch recently to for her to coach me through my divorce. Not only did I trust her, but we had already developed a connection/ affiliation with each other. When I hears that Sonja was adding Divorce Coach to her skillset alongside her life coaching, I knew she was the right person to help me.
Her ability to intuitively know what one needs to do is like no one I have ever met. She just can instantaneously oversee a situation, get her head around it and see a clear path of what needs to be done. She also has a wide network of trusted professionals who she recommends, including my family lawyer, who has been my guiding light throughout my legal proceedings.
In so many moments through my divorce. And all the choppy waters she was just this air of calm across the sea. Always there in any crisis moments to help see perspective and let everything settle.
From moments of “just breathe” or “really think about what you are saying or what you want to do here” and just talking that crisis moment through with me she always found a way to cut through the crisis, stress and emotional turmoil of that moment , for me to get grounded and see clearly to make the right decisions for me and my children and their wellbeing with that being the centre point of what everything was based around.
Her strength and lived experience meant that she was able to help me navigate through the toughest of times when I was broken just by breathing or changing state.
She was and is a brilliant force of support through a divorce and more and I am so grateful that I had her for this part of my journey.
